Surroundings

Our six Scandinavian designed pinewood lodges and two holiday homes offer comfortable accommodation in  surroundings full of natural beauty and interest.

The lodges and holiday homes are accessed via a gated road bridge over the picturesque Monamhor Burn.  The holiday homes are situated together closest to the car park, and the lodges are well spaced across the three acres of secluded, undulating woodland, home to red squirrels and a wide variety of birds.

Forestry woodland borders the site providing beautiful walks, picnic areas and off-road cycle tracks, and for those interested in historic sites, the remains of an abandoned village and a neolithic tomb can be found in the forest. For the slightly more intrepid the views from the Uri Loch summit beyond the forest are quite stunning and well worth the effort.

Positioned within a 15 minute walk of all the amenities of Lamlash village including cafes, restaurants, bars, a variety of shops and a post office, Dyemill is ideally situated for those seeking tranquillity with civilisation not too far away.
